2ph Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 2ph ("2ph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 2ph online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services available at 2ph.app and any associated subdomains or applications (collectively, the "Platform").

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other person or entity.

2ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 2ph may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access the full range of 2ph services, you must register for an account via the 2ph Login page. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 2ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. 2ph employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 2ph reserves the right to:

• Suspend or permanently close all associated accounts;
• Void all bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits across all accounts;
• Withhold any winnings derived from bonus funds;
• Retain deposited funds pending investigation in cases where fraud is suspected.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2ph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 2ph will never request your password through any channel, including email, SMS, or live chat. You agree to notify 2ph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. 2ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.3 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the 2ph Platform is truthful, accurate, and up to date. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2ph accepts deposits via a range of Philippine payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Specific deposit limits, processing times, and available methods may vary and are displayed within your 2ph account dashboard.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your 2ph wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. 2ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• 2ph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• All transactions on the 2ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• 2ph reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

Withdrawal requests from your 2ph account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, where applicable.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.
• GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• 2ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed where 2ph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Any applicable taxes on winnings are the sole responsibility of the player, in accordance with Philippine tax law.

2ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms. General bonus conditions include:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by 2ph are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific offer) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each individual promotion's terms.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 2ph reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded, have accounts under review, or have previously abused bonus terms are not eligible for promotional offers.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using bonus funds in a manner designed to minimize risk while meeting wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 2ph reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

All games available on the 2ph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

• All 2ph games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer formats to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Game results are final once confirmed by the system. 2ph will not reverse game outcomes except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, 2ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection. 2ph is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection during a game session.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in any 2ph game is strictly prohibited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point;
• Creating or operating more than one account;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the Platform;
• Using any software, tool, or method to interfere with the normal operation of the Platform;
• Colluding with other players in any game to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability — any such discovery must be reported to 2ph immediately;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 2ph staff or other players.

2ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• At the player's own request, including for responsible gaming purposes.

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., not due to breach or fraud), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, less any applicable fees. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are not withdrawable upon account closure unless wagering requirements have been fully met.

9.1 Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 2ph support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Players who close their accounts for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion, which prevents re-registration for a specified period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 2ph Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Use any 2ph trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of 2ph intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and applicable law, and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2ph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 2ph Platform.

2ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event shall 2ph's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 2ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

2ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 2ph Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

2ph implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls — to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and 2ph cannot guarantee absolute security.

2ph will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

2ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 2ph will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 2ph Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 2ph Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Nothing in this section shall prevent 2ph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
